Overall it was value for money but can be improved!!!

Healthy food options were limited Fresh fruits were not available except for canned pineapple/apricot The juice offered was artificial -> Tang

Bus service from Haram to the hotel (or otherwise) was not prompt and used to be crowded and inconvenient for ladies. Despite requesting the hotel manager about it, it wasn't taken care of!

My family enjoyed the stay

This is cluster of some five star hotels located adjacent to Masjid Aisha Al Rajhi. A very clean, peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood. The breakfast is excellent. The staff from front seat to house keeping are very friendly and helpful. I remember the house keeping staff named Mubasar was very helpful when I needed my room to be cleaned or needed some extra water or other basic necessities.

They neither provide microwave oven in rooms nor the service. If you brought your left over food from outside and keep in refrigerator. There is no way you can reheat your food. It is a waste.

Staff ( Wala beautiful receptionist girl ) was really helpful finding besides rooms & checked in at 14:30 Breakfast was delicious but still need some updates & improvements In the restaurant Nasser & Saif were smiling and working patiently to serve guests and also other waitresses Security was really effective, a little boy got out of the room & couldn't open the door at Fajer prayer time and I asked the reception where they kept him safe. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels & park and big masjid Shuttle service

A comfortable stay

The breakfast was very delicious and fresh and there were many options to choose from. The overall cleanliness of the breakfast area was superb and service is amazing. There are also bus services to the Haram mosque.

The hotels location is further way from the haram mosque than other hotels.

Happy Guests!

I liked everything about this Hotel especially the exceptional warm friendly welcome and speedy early check in by brother Humood. Thank you brother Humood, I will definitely be returning to this hotel also will be recommending it to family and friends and it's partly due to your outstanding manner. Shuttle bus was really very convenient and always available.

Would have been nicer if they had a small shuttle bus instead of riding a big empty bus to n fro which meant a longer time to reach your destination.

The hotel is good but its quite far from haram. They have shuttle service every 10 to 15 minutes. Breakfast is just ok as there are no more options in buffet

Best 5* hotel, low cost, 5* breakfast, free: car parking & bus to & fro haram, grand room & bathroom

1. Breakfast: Superb 5* breakfast, live pancakes & omelets by a chef, good variety of food, fruits, salads, juices & nice ambiance. 2. Shuttle bus: the facility was provided to & fro haram till Al Shohada hotel, Ajyad street). 3. Location: a bit far from haram in An Naseem District (6kms approx.), calm and serene area, a shuttle bus is provided. Huge & beautiful Ayesha Alrajhi Mosque present at a walkable distance of 1min, Public Park nearby. 4. Parking: free huge parking space is available outside the hotel. 5. Check-in: I went during the mini-vacation period, therefore there was a lot rush & the hotel did not offer early check-in so had to wait. 6. Staff: Professional staff overall, which includes receptionists, drivers, security staff, cleaners, and restaurant chefs & workers. 7. Room: big room size compared to most hotels in Makkah, double bed, neat & tidy room, sofa set, smart T.V with English as well kids channels, reading tables, additional small chairs, lots of mirrors & sceneries at every angle, small fridge, big closet & all other amenities were present. 8. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi works in lobby, rooms & everywhere in the hotel. 9. Bathroom: bathtub as well as separate shower area, grand twin washbasin with all amenities were present, hot water facility, bathroom size bigger than most of the hotels in Makkah. 10. Lifts: more than 10 lifts available, so need to wait at any time of the day. 11. Taxis: Taxis can be found at the hotel entrance. 12. Luggage: is taken care of & transferred to the room by the concierge. 13. Cleanliness: good quality carpets throughout the hotel.

The bus should ideally drop near Makaram Ajyad tunnel exit like other hotels. 3. Location: far from haram so have to organize your time accordingly to catch prayers. 4. Parking: Underground hotel parking was being renovated & close at the time of my visit. 5. Check-in: I went during the mini-vacation period. Therefore there was a lot of rush & the hotel could not offer early check-in so had to wait like others. 6. Staff: - 7. Room: - 8. Wi-Fi: - 9. Bathroom: - 10. Lifts: - 11. Taxis: - 12. Excellent Stay ! I would love to come back & stay there again.

New hotel, neat & clean, room was big and comfy . Breakfast was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Assistant with the car parking was absent, they don't have it inside the hotel, I had to park outside in the open public parking.

1-Not clean room as per 5-star hotel !! 2-the hose in the bathroom was dripping a water !! 3-No one was accompanied us to our room as the hotel is very big and confusing to reach our room !! 4-The entrance was confusing ,because it was shared with another hotel entrance !! 5-The matts ,chairs and tables was dirty !! 6-Very little number of staff and the service was poor 7-The breakfast was Fair ,dirty area with some flies sharing our breakfast !!!

Want to feel like a guest and not a customer, this is your place.

Staff were excellent. When checking in the clerk was busy. He did not let me wait, straight away he went and called another clerk. The service in the restaurant was some of the best I've had in KSA. The staff on a whole were very accumulating and professional. Would I go back? Yes, 100%. I'll let you know how that stay goes.

The shuttle service is very bad. The driving is not very helpful. For Jummah you will not be taken all the way to the haram, you will have to take a taxi some of the way, this is due to the police blocking the route but I believe another route could be used. When returning to the hotel from the haram we did not manage to get the bus back once. This will increase your expenses.

Nice stay

You'll see what you expect to see in a 5* hotel. No need to mention how good room service is or how quiet and comfortable the hotel is. Staff are clearly well-trained and take responsibility to please their guests. Loads of parking spots, so don't worry if you have a car with you. Very close to Aisha Rajhi Mosque which is an amazing one! Enjoyed the stay very much :)

Well, meals are quite expensive, but this is not unexpected at all for the service they provide. The only horrible thing is the shuttle service to haram. The hotel is quite far from haram and Taxis aren't usually available in the area, so it a big hassle to find one and go to bait Allah, especially when you have your family accompanying you. They tell you there is a bus every one hour but this never happened during my whole stay. I stayed four nights.. the first time, the bus was there but was empty and no driver and didn't move on the scheduled time so I got off and took responsibility for the wee trip to haram. Second day, was no bus at all. we were informed that the bus would take some time to arrive and more time to move again (wasn't appropriate for me because I could have lost the prayer if I had waited). Third day, was a big surprise, not because the bus was not there (we accustomed to that!) but because we were informed that - for that whole day - shuttle wasn't available. We ridiculously left waiting for the time uninformed about the non-existing bus. For the last day, we had a quick look at the entrance where the bus is supposed to stop, no bus, completed our way to haram privately. I wish the managers know that when the hotel is distant, then hotel visitors are surely dependent on the shuttle service, but when this is not met by the hotel, this leaves them with sorrow, despite the other exceptionally good services they provide.
